Who we are
Paula Becker is the eldest daughter of the farm owners and the general director of the property. Born in Porto Alegre but raised in São Paulo since the age of six, she left her career as an architect to bring her mother’s dream to life: producing high-quality olive oil for the Brazilian market.
Paula embraced the challenge and decided to deepen her knowledge in the field. She studied Professional Olive Growing in Portugal and took courses in sommelier training, pruning, and professional mill master in Spain.

Ondina Becker is the matriarch and visionary behind FAZENDA SÃO JORGE's olive-growing project. A native of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, after more than 30 years living in São Paulo, this tourism expert decided to make the most of the property her father left in Encruzilhada do Sul after his passing and turn her ideas into a reality that would become the family business.
She leads the brand Herança do Cerro, which gives its name to the products derived from everything produced on the property.
